“ Tonight was my first time at the Dresden Hotel and it was a fantastic experience I cannot wait to repeat! Don't let the old exterior fool you, this restaurant is clean, adorable and homey! We felt like we were visiting our grandparents and the food tasted like that too! So excited to visit here again! ”
“ I am afraid to even write a review about this place because it truly is a "sleeper" find. I don't want anyone else to find out about it! Great food with that old time atmosphere inside. We got there early around 6:00pm. Its late Fall and it was dark outside. On a scale of 1 to 5, I would give it a 2 for the outside. But don't let that stop you! The inside is warm and inviting but the outside is rough. We were the first car in the parking lot. It was dark and not well lit. The owners greeted us and gave us a warm welcome and a tour of the main floor. The place is immaculately clean. They have a ballroom and a kitchen that can host up to 250 people! There is a ton of history in this place. If you are on a wine tour of Seneca Lake this should be your final stop so you can have dinner! Walter Taylor used to come here and trade artwork for dinner! The chef (owner) takes great pride in his servings. They also have a small wine wall (about the size of an armour) where you can choose a fine bottle of wine (from $30 to $150!). Excellent selections. Or, just have the daily house wine.. All-in-all, a great place that you would never expect to find. Tell your limo driver! "We have to stop here!" ”
“ Hubby and I stopped here for dinner last night ( 2/18/23). We had the sweetest waitress ever! She also made the best Dirty martinis!! The food was freshly made and so good! We will definitely be back the next time we are in the area! We loved learning the history of the area as well! Thank you so very much! ”
